C25K
I am 4 [four!] runs behind on my 5K training program.
I planned on running outside today because it is so gorgeous out…but then I woke up with a Charlie Horse in my calf.
Which means I shouldn’t run today, right?

run! it’ll make the soreness from the charlie horse go away faster! drink lots of water and eat a banana so you don’t get another one!

If your calf is feeling better now, I’d say go for a short run! You’ll feel better about yourself, and the hardest part is getting into the habit!

You should do some stretching and then run very, very slowly. Or walk. Telling myself I can just walk always helps me get out the door, but once I’m dressed and out there, it’s kind of like…okay, I can run for a bit. And then it’s done!
